Hypnotic

Jenn (Kate Siegel) is struggling after losing a baby and splitting up with her fiancée.

Her friend suggests she goes to the therapist they have been using. He's really helped them and got them in the right frame of mind to succeed.

She's initially reluctant, but when she visits him warms to the idea and takes up the suggestion of hypnotherapy.

CW: flashing imagery, sexual assault

Awful minimal effort trashy nonsense with a story from an 80s exploitation movie.

Siegel is known for being a 'scream queen' but so far from what I've seen has been in decent projects. I expected 'Hush' to be trashy (lone, deaf, woman in a remote cabin menaced by a stalker) but it was well done and tense.

This is what I thought 'Hush' would be: the worst kind of straight to streaming tripe 3/10, avoid like fuck.
