Bullet Train

Hitman "Ladybug" (Brad Pitt) has had some time away from assignments, tired of the violence and negativity. He takes a "simple" job to lift a suitcase from a passenger on a Japanese "Bullet Train" and get off at the next stop.

No good will come of this.

This second tier comedy action movie is just a contrived way to get half a dozen assassins on a train and have them fight/bicker over a maguffin.

It's a little bit "Guy Ritchie does John Wick after he's been to therapy and is working through his anger issues". It's full of geezery dialogue. The female characters are also geezers. Everybody's a geezer.

Some fun fight choreography happens, eventually the train crashes. As was ordained in the law of action movies. There's a snake. Which they refer to as poisonous FFS.

Everybody is fine in it. It's just a big bag of nothing. You will see this, enjoy it and then never think of it ever again.

Mediocre with a side order of you could have been doing something else with the ever vanishing precious moments of your life, 5/10.
